JOB APPLICATION DATA PRIVACY

Following your application for open positions at SC Logarithmic Services SRL, you agree that our company will process your data as follows:
Name, First Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and other information available in your CV.

We also want to inform you that your CV will be placed on our internal database and will be held for a period of 12 months, during which time our HR department can contact you if our positions are re-open. You can delete your CV from our database at any time with a notification accompanied by your contact details at office@logdms.com .

The above-mentioned data will only be processed in order to establish an interview, our internal database will not be published, sold or transferred. Anyone else except the HR department or the company's founders will not have access to it.

According to (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to access, to interfere with the data and the right to appeal to the court.

At the same time, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data that concerns you and ask you to delete the data.
